My name is Kathy, I'm 32 years old and I'm FAT!! I'm sick of being this way and now I'm going to do something about it. I've spent so many years of my life letting my weight dictate what I do, and where I go, that I don't know who I am. I want to change, No, I NEED to Change. I know it's not going to be easy, but I'm hoping that with the support of you, my family and my friends, that I can achieve my goals and become a new person.
